Darknight It's a shame that this stunning band are no more, this is doomy, sludgy post metal at its finest and formidably heavy. Favorite track: we could have been gods.

Gniewko Bozydar Beneath the thick, sludgy layers you hear the occasional elements of doom, grunge and little bit of post metal, too. All played with tonnes of attitude in a very original and rather uniquely sounding way. This album is a must have.

Lovdahl, Ian As a fellow resident of the Sonoran Desert, I can attest to this album's accurate portrayal of the region's brutality. The hulking doom atmosphere calls to mind a 120 degree summer hike in the McDowells, or a tempestuous monsoon season storm. I connect with this album in a big way, really good stuff. Favorite track: we could have been gods.

Rob Hammer their first AND last (full-length) album is an instant add to my 2019 End Of Year list... total bummer this very promising band is no longer :(

This album is an absolute banger. The riffs are especially groovy this time, the vocals are amazing, and the overall thing is supercatchy. If I'd have to list one downside, it's that the mix is so bass-heavy that the sound only truely comes into it's right when listened on good headphones or extremely good speakers. On anything less it can sound like the bass drowns the rest of the music out. 9/10 Buzzario
